Summer Turquoise

Turquoise is a perfect color for any time of year (and very trendy this fall), but summer turquoises are especially fun. This cute little farmhouse table that started out as tired maple is much more dramatic and exciting in its new hue!

And it's on its way to brighten a perfect kitchen corner. This client chose Benjamin Moore's Galapagos Turquoise in the new ADVANCE alkyd paint. The paint went on like any other latex paint but dried with a sturdier, laquer-like finish and is very low-odor. A few coats of a semi-gloss poly is adding some extra protection. A great new paint to work with, and a lovely new client-friend!
